The plumbing dept was very courteous, professional, and wore shoe covers when coming in the house several times from outdoors. They quoted my job originally, but after the wall was removed and able to review the actual pipes, they adjusted the price down by almost 35%. Very honest on their part! I would use and refer ACE again. Very impressed with the professionals they have hired and trained well.

Worst customer experience. I scheduled an A/C Tune Up three weeks ago. They do not commit to a service time (seemed odd to me) so you have to be available within one hour of their call or text. When the day came, I decided to work from home so that I would be here. At noon, they called to say that they were "too busy" with emergency services and would have to reschedule me for two weeks later (today)!! They were very apologetic and offered me the first service of the day. Today, I decided to work from home again to be here when they arrived since I was told that I would be first. At 10:17 AM, I texted them - texting is one of their preferred ways of communicating - asking what happened and when I could expect service. At 11:45 while I was on the phone working, I got a text saying that they were ready, but I had to respond within 15 minutes. I sent an answer at 11:57 confirming. They had also called, but since they sent a text, I saw no need to call them back. Shortly after noon, I received another call telling me that I hadn't responded to the text sent at 11:30. I have screen shots showing that the text was received at 11:45 and that I responded as soon as i got off my work call within 15 minutes. The representative informed me that I would just go back of the line and they would call me when they could get to me. He had no idea when that would be since I hadn't returned the text or the call. I told him to cancel the service and that I would find a company that wanted my business. Obviously, Ace only wants repair business and has no interest in making service calls convenient for its customers by scheduling appoint times. If you like being "on call" with your contractor, then this is the company for you. I will go elsewhere.

Called and was quickly set up for an appointment for a simple bathroom sink replacement. They wanted $2500 and pricing included an annual “membership”. Paid the $70 fee just to send them away and hire someone much more affordable. Beware- ask pricing before you waste $70. Found another local company who did an amazing job for $800 instead.

Charged 1000.00 for a clog and clean out. I was not shown the drain once cleaned out. Less than 6 days later the $1000 clean out became a $9000 broken line and pipe repair. This company doesn't have set prices so they charge by the size of your home and what they think you can afford. I'm still waiting for a manager/supervisor phone call which Amanda stated would happen. They prey on senior citizens like most business. If my pipe is broken, I am sure the first technician did it because he didn't report nor show any break or roots in the line but the second tech did. I requested my money back no comment nor phone call. I will be contacting the BBB they fooled the wrong senior citizen/ educator. Stay away from this company @@@@!!!!!!

I am in awe with ACE Solves it all. My AC stop working late in the evening, I called them and was contacted right away for next day appointment. Came in, put the AC back to work and found the problem. It was an small fix and the technician got the ok to fix without xtra cost. Grateful as my grandkids are at the house. But is not only that, it is the be on time, sending pic of person that is coming over, the xtra care and professionalism they have. And I find their prices to be excellent! They definitively work with you. Thank you Eric Wolf for the excellent job! I recommend fully. Thank you ACE Solves it all!

I called ACE when a storm knocked out my central air. They were able to provide service the next day (which was a life saver since Florida heat is no joke). Our technician was James C and he was very knowledgeable and wasted no time in fixing our AC unit and got it running again! James, you the man! Electrician Danny did an excellent job at finding the issue with the dryer outlet: an issue with a switch in the breaker. He replaced it immediately, checked if the dryer turned on, and even waited to see if the dryer was hot before establishing the issue being resolved. He was very polite and knowledgeable and approachable. Also, was told that for the fix I received, I have a 5 year warranty, where if something goes wrong, they can fix it again for free! In regards to customer service, I was impressed by ACE’s Veneta, as she informed each step of the process, including that they would not provide a time frame, in case that they cannot fulfill the time frame. Wow wow wow! I had a bad experience with another company where they gave me a time frame, did not fulfill it and did not show past 2 hours from the time frame. I liked the transparency, and being thorough in what the process would be. I also discovered that the company is family owned, and I love to support family owned and local businesses. Very impressed.

Bad experience, first of all they charge $69 to just come and look, and to provide any estimate they would ask more than $350 and then add more for the fix, for a simple leak they gave me quote of more than $600 after negotiations.I Called another plumber they did the same in half of the price with upfront estimates.

Perfectly nice people, but misleading business practices when it comes to quotes. They have specials listed on their site for drain cleaning that I inquired about when scheduling the appointment. I used the online tool to schedule the shower drain cleaning appointment. A customer service rep then reached out. The customer service rep said she couldn’t say if the special would apply and refused to provide a range when asked. When the technician arrived on-site, he explained that the special only applies to toilets - even though I had been asking for shower drain service the whole time. When I asked about the lack of transparency, he said “You know, that’s how it is, they want something shiny on the site, then we get here and talk through the fine print”.

I had sewage coming up in my showers and called Ace. They informed me my sewer lines were basically gone. They gave me an estimate for replacement. My estimate was detailed and broken down with specific pricing. After work was completed and passed inspections, Charles came to my house to get remaining balance. I addressed that the actual work done was not what the scope of work on the estimate and that I shouldnt have to pay any more. He said well they just send me to pick up payment but I will talk to the boss and we will refund money for what wasnt done. I was charged $1800 for drywall work and none was done. I was charged to replace line all the way to curb and they only did 6 feet from house. Obviously this was all that was necessary as it passed inspections. Now instead of returning my money, they wanted to come back and replace to curb. I said no as that would require more permitting, tearing up my yard, missed work. Things are in working order just return money that I gave to do a job that wan’t needed. Btw, we are talking about a $34K job!!! Would not recommend them as they seem shady and are not standing up to their word.

Bobby came out, he was very personable and understanding.However, I called for leak detection, and he did no leak detection, just gave me his guess. His guess was supposed to be solved by repiping the whole house for $9,000. That guess turned out to be wrong, as confirmed by an actual leak detection company.I paid $69 for an emergency service fee, that turned out to actually be paying for a salesman.

"Updated"It was a gas line installation service but for a 20 feet line It was $1995 which I think is to expensive and they don't offer a cheaper solution, I call then again to convert my gas stove from natural to propane but my stove didn't came with the conversion kit and I still have to pay for the visit which I understand that part, they came for the third time kuz I have the part needed this time, 3 hours later and the technician wasn't able to make the gas go thru the lines and they still charge me $250 for the service even though the job never was finished, I pay them so far $390 for a job never finished on a brand new stove, another technician from another company charge me the same amount $250 and this one solve the problem in about 45 minutes, ace solve all need to change their name to ace solve almost anything kuz the previous name is to big for them.

When I called Ace Solves It All they had Rey come out the next day and check out my situation. I needed a hot water tank (30yrs old), and some faucets changed out. Also I had all the water pipes replaced. Seth and his partner came out they next day. Very nice and polite young men. Had everything done by 3pm. If I need anything else done I will definitely call Ace Solves It All again.

Great customer service with the office staff. They provide text messages with pictures of the technician that’s coming to your house. I find that to be an Excellent detail. Kevin came out and installed our water heater a few months back and today he installed a toilet for us. He is super helpful, patient and really explains the process clearly. The outside faucet connected to the water hose broke as it appeared to be very old and rusted. I saw Ace online and noticed they had great reviews and responsive times. Decided to give them a try. The reviews were dead on right. Within a hour they sent someone over (Justin) and he explained everything to me. The price quoted was fair and he got to work immediately. He was done within an hour and stuck around to chit chat a bit about everything. Felt like I was talking to an old time buddy. He didn't just finish the job and leave, he made sure to explain everything in detail and had a nice conversation. Made us feel like part of the Ace family. Would highly recommend.

My tech was wonderful. Dante was the man that came. He was informative and knowledgeable. He had experience with the Nest thermostat we have and cleaned out our drain lines. It was disgusting what came out. I have only great things to say about him and his work.I will also add that I called the day before and they were supposed to come out the day before but cancelled shortly after scheduling the appt.I signed up for the membership which is $25 and the way Dante explained it worth the monthly fee. However I will add that the evening after our system was cleaned out the house was registering at 82° in the house. I called them back. The woman that answered said the tech coming out was no charge because we signed up for the membership but that the tech would tell us how much it would be to fix whatever the issue was. I thought that was ridiculous and very shady when their tech was literally there 4 hours ago and we spent almost $400 at that point. I trusted our tech but I’m not sure of the company as a whole. The fact that they didn’t say “when our tech is there we’ll make sure everything is ok since you spent $400 a few hours ago and the issue should have been resolved.”My husband and I played with the thermostat and got it to turn on and start working properly but proper business etiquette should have been to fix the issue that wasn’t rectified the first time.

When we discovered a leak in the water line of our refrigerator we called Ace. We saw their truck at our neighbors across the street a few weeks ago. They called us back promptly and schedule our service with Kevin. Kevin called before he arrived and was within the 8 to 10am timeline. We decided to also let him check out our leaky faucet. Kevin was thorough in how he approached our issues. He did a full inspection, and he fully explain all of our options. My wife and I decided to replace the faucet and refrigerator water line . We scheduled an appointment for him to come back the next day to complete the services. He was prompt and arrived on time. He was respectful of our home and completed the services in a professional and knowledgeable way. Kevin is a true asset to your company and he deserves a big raise.

We had a leak coming from our AC unit. Water was pouring into our ceiling and walls from the second floor. I called 6 different HVAC companies and Ace is the only one who responded. They had a tech out within the hour! I couldn’t be happier with their quick response time and effort to ensure we got someone to our home asap. And a shout out to Anthony, the tech that they sent. Incredibly professional. Communicated well, walked me through the entire process and took his time to explain everything. Having to go out on a call to a customer’s home at 9:00 PM can’t be easy but Anthony was a total pro.

The work will be completed Monday, but I called them today(sat) they assured me someone would come today and they did. Kevin knew what the problem was immediately and explained all the options available to me regards repairs vs replace etc in addition to the various options for payment. He was so patient and thorough work all paperwork and presenting me with the choices available to me for payment... He was very polite an asset to their company.I will update once the work is complete but so far so good, if you find yourself needing a service tech to come out.... Ask for Kevin!

Mark the tech that came out was very kind and knowledgeable. I couldn't use their service due to my generator uses propane not natural gas that I wanted to hook up to. But mark reviewed what I needed and how to setup my system.

It was $69for a service call which I thought was reasonable. I ask how much for the job and was told the tech would let me know. I needed a gas line capped then reattached to the new appliance. $908 was his quote. I called Emerald Plumbing and got the job done for a little over $200.

They were quick to solve an emergency problem. However, after a few weeks, it leaked again. I contacted them, John the sales manager called me back an apologized and did explain that sometimes the glue does not cure properly. I had called someone else to fix it. At the moment, I did not think of calling them to fix them but I was told that they warranty their job and that if for any reason I had a problem, they could come back an fix it.Thanks John for calling me back. I think this is very professional to follow up and take care of their customers.

Replaced a cheap valve on my bathroom commode. The plumber, Kevin, was a pleasure to work with giving us two options to replace or repair the valve. We did go with the more expensive option but it will be worth it in the long run because of peace of mind.

We had Ace come out to provide an estimate to replace 3 GFI outlets and balance a fan. The estimate was 1700. We cut out the fan and received an estimate of 1000 for 3 GFI outlets that consisted of replacing a regular outlet with gfi. We went forward with the estimate as we needed to have it done. In the mean time we called a past business we worked with and found he would do the 3 outlets with his licensed electrician for 250. We had the work stopped but not before 2 outlets were completed for 688. The work checks out fine but I cannot recommend Ace due to their excessive pricing. Go with them if you do not mind paying excessively for the work.An update...glad to see mgmt forwarded this to service a week ago BUT after a week we have heard nothing. At this point I would rate Ace a 0 if I could.
