While I was previously very impressed with the services provided, I have a few bones to pick now. The company charges quite a lot for services, even for members of their preferred customer program. In addition, my HVAC system was serviced and then broke again a week later. I was offered no refund on the previous service and the quoted price for the new repairs was ridiculously hard.

Tom was amazing! He was at the house on time, was very professional in explaining what he was doing, and rather than put a giant hole in the wall worked with the pre exesting and made the repair! Ace installed 21 recessed lights in my 20 foot ceiling and replaced a fan with a chandelier, in our kitchen area.Everything about the service I received was professional and high quality. Our initial quote appointment informative and helpful to understand the scope of what and what we would needWe were quoted for 24 lights, but once the techs to another look, we were able to take out 4 for the recessed lights and add the chandelier for cheaper than our original quote!We will be using them again for some outlets on our patio and we also will use them for plumbing and AC work.Incredible company and super professional. They dealt with our crazy boxer and twin 2 year old girls taking all of their tools lol

I needed a licensed electrician to inspect my breaker box for my new Insurance company. I sent ACE Solves It All a message and in less than 30 minutes, I got a quick call back. They had an electrician available for the very next day. They send confirmation calls and texts for your appointment. They send the name and photo of your technician. Prompt timing. Daniel Mount came to my house, he was very professional, attentive, inspected and explained what he saw. Made his report and sent it via email right away. I've used Ace for my hvac when it broke down in the past. The technician did a great job and the price was affordable. I had a new toilet installed and the old one removed today. The technician Thomas Madron was absolutely wonderful to work with. He explained everything clearly, had the job done in no time and is extremely professional! Unattached dryer duct in attic. These guys are polite, professional, know their work and quickly and efficiently solve a problem. Unattached dryer duct vent could have been a major fire hazard but, these guys handled it right away and did a great job at a reasonable price.Thank you Ace!

6 Smoke detectors swapped out from hardwired to lithium. $450 - very expensive. Other 2 other jobs put on hold. $2000+ to install 4 recessed lights! No way! I think electrician just didn’t want to do job. Other job was to install 2 ceiling fan light for $250. All materials provided by the customer.

We had a sudden burst pipe inside a wall in our home. I called Ace Does It All and they sent someone out same day (only a few hours later!) Unfortunately, it turned out that our home was built with polybutylene pipes and we were told we would most likely continue to have more leaks if nothing was done. We chose to have all the pipes in our home replaced and it was a BIG job. Ace had a team of professionals come out only 2 days later and now we have all new pipes! Everyone on the team was so friendly and knowledgeable! Customer service when I called was compassionate and really seemed to care about our problem. I will admit that I didn't shop around for price comparisons, so I'm not really sure if we could have gotten a cheaper quote... But you get what you pay for! After having a very negative experience recently with a local appliance repair company, this experience with Ace was a breath of fresh air! I will definitely use them again when the need arises.

I make an apointment for a small repair and I had an appointment hours between 10M to 12 pm then they moved me the apointment arriving times 8am -10am throgth messages I got calls at 7:58 to confirm my apointmen they are saying opening hours is 8am since are 24 hours service. I have to cancel beacuse I doen not make sence thy spect we gonna be on thw phone waiting for confirmation on the apointment hours but yhey can move your appointments because they want it No thank you Cancel their services.

4.5/5 - Very satisfied after using this company for the first time. They were available same-day for a non-emergency appt and dispatch's communication was impressive. They text you the 2-hr appt window, then again when the tech is on the way, and again the name and picture of the tech. After the work is done you get an emailed invoice with pictures of the completed work. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they won't give you an estimate over the phone. I have no plumbing knowledge and just wanted a general idea of how much it would cost to hook up my fridge to the water line. Instead, they charge $69 to send a tech out to provide a quote and the fee doesn't go toward the job if the customer decides to go with Ace. The tech gave me 2 options (installing a box or just connecting to the roughed in plumbing) within 5 minutes of arriving so it doesn't make sense to me that I couldn't be provided a general amount over the phone. $69 for a 5 min quote isn't cheap - I get they don't want to waste their time quoting work but if you're going to require it I just think it should apply toward the job. For anyone wondering, it came out to $302 which was to uncap the water line and connect the hose I provided. Overall I am still very satisfied with my experience and would use Ace again. They definitely have their process fine-tuned and make hiring tradespeople very comfortable for people that don't have a lot of experience doing so.

It is hard to gauge their work - they never showed up! I made an appointment on their site from 12-6 pm to repair a garbage disposal and waited all day. No one came so I am assuming they couldn't perform the work or it wasn't worth their time. I will definitely look for a different company.

They completed the repipe quickly and efficiently. Repairing the drywall was not on time but got done eventually! The reason for my 3 stars is the outrageous amount I had to pay for the repiping. Ace charged about $5000.00 more than average and I found out about this once I had signed contracts with them. I highly suggest everyone shop around before committing to this company.

I have just finished with my service appointment and William showed up a few hours after my initial phone call. From dispatch to end of appointment, everyone I spoke with was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. William was my electrical service technician to check out my water heater because it is flipping my breaker. He gave me great feedback on what the problem is, which was to refer me to plumbing. He also checked out my breaker panel and gave great quotes on services I need in the near future. While doing so he also told me why everything is happening and the benefits of repairing my older wiring. Plumbing will be out tomorrow to solve the issue.

First time using Ace. They communicated well from the initial call. We had Bobby out to fix a leak from our upstairs bathroom to our lower level bathroom. Bobby was great in helping detect the leak and how we needed to access it for the repair. He did a great job and it wasn’t the easiest leak to fix. We had to open up the ceiling. Bobby also helped in putting the drywall back up after fixing the leak. He also cleaned up when he was done. Very satisfied with the service we received and I would use Ace again.

I called this company because of all the positive reviews. I figured I’d give them a try. One of my bathroom sinks stoppers was stuck. They guy came out and took a look and said that it needed to be replaced as it had rusted out. He quoted me nearly $500 for something that is very inexpensive to repair according to several other sources. Maybe they do ok work, but they are extremely overpriced. I also had a kitchen sink and faucet that I had installed recently using another company which I felt I overpaid at $700. I asked for giggles what they would charge for a job like that. The guy said between 2-3k. Are you freaking kidding me. If you don’t mind overpaying then they may do good work, but this place is too rich for my blood.
