Jay was sent to our home promptly and provided an estimate for the replacement of our solar water tank. He also gave other options that were available to us. A few days later, Seth and his crew came out and did a really good job replacing it. After completing the job, he explained the new system and answered questions. We'll definitely use Ace in the future.

Ace solves it all is the only company I will use from now on. 2 Techs from ACE arrived at my home Nov 20th 2023 Seth and Josh installed a whole Home water filtering system. They arrived on time removed the old water system installed the new system cleaned up everything showed men how the system works and left these Techs were truly professional I recommend ACE highly.I was having trouble setting my heat pump up for cooler weather Set up an appointment for 11/27/2023 Jude showed up on time checked out my heating system showed me how to make my heat system work properly. Jude is a very knowledgeable and professional Tech. So that is two services I received in one week once again Ace solves it all provided excellent service.

Roman and Francisco were GREAT. The service was very professional and quick. They arrived with all the equipment necessary to complete the job in one visit. In 2.5 hours they cleaned the drain and replaced the PVC connections in the wall behind the sink. All our questions were answered in a prompt understandable form. My wife who is very picky was amazed at the clean professional manner in which the job was done. Again much thanks to Roman and Francisco.

Luis came out to diagnose an issue with my a/c. He was very pleasant, helpful and I appreciated his honesty. Luis was also thorough in his assessment and he explained and showed everything that he was doing. He listened to my concerns, answered any questions that I had and gave me helpful tips. Emmanuel was able to fix the electrical issues in my home in about an hour and a half. He explained each step to me in layman’s terms and discussed alternatives if something was out of my budget. For about $700 he replaced a breaker in my panel, wiring in a GFI outlet, and replaced a light switch and fixture. I’m very happy with the service and would call again if I had other electrical issues in the future.

ACE is the best, working in the 21 century while their competition continues to do business over the phone as has been done since the 1950s with all the problems of dealing over the phone. ACE online allows new and existing customers to setup appointments online while choosing date, morning or afternoon for service. Before I found ACE I would call for service and maybe get a call back. You won't have this problem with ACE. They respond to online appointment requests, follow-up to verify appointments, techs contact you with texts with their picture and information on the time they will arrive. I won't deal with anyone else and heartily recommend ACE as your go to for the various services they offer. We use the for electrical, AC, and plumbing. If they ever start servicing house generators, they will get all my business involving my home.

I like the way this company, Ace Solves It All, stays in contact with me until the employee can arrive. They send photos of him, and I.D. cards. Very professional. Robertson my technician that came out today to service and fix my air conditioner unit was by far one of the best that I’ve. The people that work at Ace from the people that answer the phone to the people that come out to the job site or just some of the best people to deal with. I’ve had Ace for years now coming out and doing my yearly service on my AC unit and I would not have any other company come out. Even the management staff that I’ve had to deal with has been nothing but exceptional service. Ace Solves It All is one of the best places that I have had come to my house. I had had two other companies come and the work was not very satisfactory. That’s when I found Ace and I’m glad I did because they are one of the best businesses out there to fix and work on anything that you might need at your house I would highly highly recommend Ace Solves It All to anybody looking to have their AC unit fixed or a complete brand new system. These guys are the ones to go to!! The technicians are great, and Tyler who I spoke is fantastic and helping resolve the issue that I had at my home recently. If I could get more than five stars, I would give 10.!!! Everyone needs to use these guys for their services!

Jamie, electrician, was professional and did a great job. Problem was with Ace dispatching electrician. We were initially told that an electrician would be here between 1-5 PM Tuesday. At 4:15 I called and was told that because of a glitch in the system no one could come until Wednesday. If I hadn’t called I would not have known. At 7:00 AM Wednesday I get a text. “Your technician is on the way and will be there in an hour.” He was here at 9:00.

Eric and Juan was on time and very professional and thorough. They were easy to understand and they gave us helpful tips of how to maintain our HVAC system between services.
