Responded with same day with service! Our Technician (Jacob) was very professional and courteous in the performance of his job! He quickly analyzed the miswiring from a previous electrician and set about correcting it. I was so impressed with his abilities that I requested him to return and install a Generator Inlet to the main electrical panel.

I can't speak highly enough about the gentleman that came to fix our garbage disposal and look at our toilet. HUGE shout out to Kevin H. for his kindness and professionalism. He is very knowledgeable, efficient and polite. We're considering getting a tankless water heater and water softener also in the future. He answered all my questions so thoroughly and helped me better understand my options. He gave me information about considerations I never even knew to ask about. George Corbei plumber technician was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and professional. He came to our home to inspect a water heater situation and other plumbing issues. I just wanted a quote, but because of George’s empathy, knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile to satisfy our needs my wife and I cancelled the other appointments with other companies and now have contracted Ace for our plumbing and even added their AC service. A reminder : If you are moving wait until the last day of your stay to cancel any of the Family/Maintenance Value plans you have purchased.“Ace Solves it All” is a great company with great staff. I have used there services several times within the past eight years and have been pleased with their service each time.Had an outside faucet we worked on and and as we took the faucet off part of the piping broke and we could not get a fitting for it. So I called “Ace Solves it All”.Pretty pricey for no more than forty- five minutes of work. Especially, when he told me he would be here for a while to complete the job. But, it was the holiday weekend and we had not had water for a day, so you are at their mercy for the price of convenience.Bobby Chinibas was my plumbing technician. He was prompt and came a lot earlier than scheduled (which was a good thing ), professional, friendly and neat.Hailey was the dispatcher and she was fantastic and informative. Overall, I was very satisfied with the completion of the job. Only the cost astonished me.

This past Saturday (8/19), the A/C unit at my home stopped pumping out cold air. After a recommendation from my neighbor, I called Ace Solves it All and explained the problem. Ace had an opening and Luis was able to come to my house within 4 hours of calling.Luis was professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained the issue, took a TON of photos utilizing his voltage meter so we could see what our issue was and quickly replaced the broken part. He checked the unit over to see if there were other issues and gave us a heads up so we knew what to plan for.Before he left, Luis showed us a few tips on some maintenance we can do to help keep our unit running and answered our zillions of questions.Because we had been considering it already, my husband and I signed up for their maintenance plan which gave us a discount on the repairs for our service (and going forward!). Luis also answered our embarrassing number of questions about the plan. At no time did we feel pressured to sign up... Luis just spoke honestly and we were SO happy with our service.I've heard horror stories of Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC companies in and around Orlando taking advantage of homeowners, coming out and not completing the job, or pressuring owners to complete service or have non-existent issues fixed. There was NONE OF THAT here!!!! I'm SO glad Ace is not one of those companies and we found a company we can trust and call when we need them.

Ace was not the cheapest, but we received 4 quotes for a new system and JD was the only one who actually hooked up equipment to gauge how our old system was performing and then based his recommendations on those numbers. Because of this, he was able to spot and correct a problem in our duct work that would have made splurging on a new AC not as beneficial. No other company pointed this out. Our installer, Joe, went above and beyond repairing the base of the cabinet prior to installing the new unit and did a great job cleaning up after they were done. The service we received, the addition of a new return vent, plus the 12 year parts and labor warranty we got with our new unit definitely made up for the difference in price from the competitors. From first call to new AC only took 5 days! Thank you to JD, Joe and their team for getting us a new AC unit and getting it done so quickly!

10 days ago, this company installed a new a/c in my home. The thermostat is set at 72, and it’s over 80 inside. Many techs have been out, each one blaming someone else, and no resolution. I have filed a complaint with BBB, and filed a dispute with the finance company as there has been no resolution. I used this company exclusively for 4 years, but after this, NEVER AGAIN. Save yourself a ton of hassles and heat stroke. Go elsewhere

Terrible experience. Flooded our bathroom after supposedly repairing a clogged pipe. They did not show up on time to even repair what they broke. A 8:15 call ended up being 1pm. Terrible!Now my toilet is running and I need to call a real plumber to fix so my bill next month is not 600 for running toilet.They are terrible-do not use!

SOLAR SYSTEM SAVIOR! Anyone with an Enphase solar system will face endless problems if their installer did a poor job and messed up the wiring, settings or any other complex issue. William is knowledgeable about solar and has rewired meters and a malfunctioning control box that my installer insisted could be fixed remotely by Enphase. This guy is a total godsend! As you know, no other solar company will touch another installers work. I am beyond relieved to have found this amazing technician. He’s a rare find. This company has a very valuable employee.

Called a highly recognized competitor first. They took 2.5 hours to respond and while their technician was polite, he was under experienced and had the wrong info which delayed potential service until the next day.Austin reached back within 15 minutes, was prepared, personable and knew what he was doing. Also, while not cheap, ACE was less than half the price of R**o R****r.Highly recommended!

Every conversation I have with this business they state they are in high demand yet my appointment was made for first business day of the week. They canceled my appointment appointment at 2:41 pm and my appointment was at 4pm or later . They stated my appointment was a morning appointment.so I have to take the day off of work for this morning appointment? So why did they make the appointment in the first place? They state they are in such high demand yet they cannot even keep an appointment for an estimate for a first time customer. Angie’s, is the one that sent this company my information, which was a big mistake because I would have never called this company myself .things happen for a reason not dealing with this company is a blessing on my behalf.
